Meet Chef Roger Martins, a proud native of São Paulo, Brazil—aka the gourmet capital of South America! Think of São Paulo as Brazil’s version of New York City: vibrant, diverse, and packed with flavors from every corner of the globe. And, of course, it’s the ultimate hotspot for mouthwatering Brazilian cuisine.

Roger’s love for food started young—at 13, to be exact—thanks to his parents, Jose and Maria Martins, who ran a family restaurant. Growing up in the hustle and bustle of the kitchen, he fell in love with cooking and decided to turn that passion into a career.

Fast forward to Roger’s arrival in the U.S., where he hit the ground running. In no time, he went from sous chef to Executive Chef at the award-winning Mitra Restaurant in Midtown. Then came an exciting move to another celebrated spot, Sia’s, in Johns Creek, where he led the way in fine dining.

Now, Chef Roger’s Kitchen is his pride and joy—a place where incredible food and unforgettable events come together. Whether it’s a big celebration or an intimate gathering, Roger’s mission is simple: to create moments that make everyone SMILE.
